Yoshi’s Story 1-1 Treasure Hunt All Melons

DJPhilanegro asked:
There’s 30 melons in every stage. (and a whole bunch of other fruit that don’t matter to me) Basically, I grab all the melons as fast as I can. I plan on doing this to most/all of the levels, but page 6 was hard for me when I was a kid…In terms of finding the melons, anyways. I wonder how far I’ll go with this before I forget about it… About 16secs into the video, I accidentally push L and don’t even notice. The L button turns off/on the frame that displays all the fruit you have eaten …

Melons were just the special fruit. Getting all 30 of them was the best thing you could do. I played this game a long time ago so my explanation is pretty crummy. . .

The music for this game sounded a lil creepy when it came out, and still does now.

the 64 was the first 3d gaming console it revolutionized gaming forever without it we would be stuck in 16-bit or sega would make a 3d console anyway this was the highest rated piece of technology within 3 years of its release date amazing peice of tech gave you the sort of graphics you see now i mean long way off.

The dog’s name is Poochy. He runs forward and sniffs out secrets or points of interest. In other words, he’s good. In Yoshi’s Island (the game before this) you could ride on him to get over spike pits and other dangerous things, because he could walk on them. (Why? I don’t know.)
